School registration

How to register

In order to apply for the school, you first need to create an account, if not already done (see the Login menu on the top).

Afterwards, sign-in and click on the "School registration" menu item again to fill in the form below.

If you are accepted, you will receive an email to confirm your participation. 
Acceptance of participants will depend on the maximum number of participants that we can afford (around 25-30) as well as specific access rules to the TGCC.  

Registration fee

The registration fee covers the cost of the school as well as meals (lunch, cofee breaks and social dinner). 
If you decide to register with accommodation at the Belambra hotel then it also includes the cost of the room and dinner at the hotel.

Participation to the school will cost 200€ without accomodation and 600€ (single room) or 500€ (double room) if you stay for 4 nights at the Belambra hotel.

The payment will be possible once your participation has been accepted.

Deadlines

• Registration opening :  October 15^th, 2025
• Registration deadline : December 7^th, 2025
• Confirmation of acceptation : December 10th, 2025
